Process

A Hughes-Calihan certified systems engineer and an MBA-educated business analyst will conduct the Assessment during an onsite visit. Both will require access to all servers and workstations. Hughes-Calihan engineers possess certifications in a variety of technologies, with high levels of expertise in Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL and others.

Our business analyst will meet with the appropriate company executives/employees to conduct on-site interviews. Business analysts speak the language of business, as well as technology, and offer practical, cost-effective guidance.

Results

Hughes-Calihan presents a clear, detailed report with specific recommendations typically within five business days. Once approved, you will be on your way to worry-free IT!
